Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the size of your purchase, you may request a size exchange only. Returns or refunds are not accepted. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

At The Traditional Label, we take great pride in the quality and care we put into each order. Every item is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to support you.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items purchased using a coupon or gift voucher
  • Customised or made-to-order products
  • Sarees
  • International orders

We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order, especially for sale or customised pieces.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Kindly send the item back to us along with your order number.
  2. Once we receive and verify the issue, we’ll send you a fresh replacement within 7 business days.

Size Exchange Policy

We understand how important a perfect fit is. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, here’s what you need to know:

  • Request Timeframe: Size exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
  • Exchange Limit: You can exchange the item for one size larger or smaller than the original order.
  • Shipping: You’ll need to send the item back to us at your own cost. We do not offer pickup service.
  • Exchange Fee: A flat ₹200 fee is applicable to cover logistics for sending the new size.
  • Process:
  1. Ship the product back to us.
  2. Pay ₹200 to our bank account (we’ll share the details).
  3. Once we receive both the product and payment, we’ll dispatch the new size within 10 working days.

Important Notes

  • Color variations of up to 10–15% may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or photo editing. These are not considered valid reasons for exchange or return.
  • Personal preferences like disliking the fabric, color, or simply changing your mind after ordering are not eligible for exchange or return.
